SimplifyIT vIT stands for "Virtual IT Department" and is a monthly, fixed fee, all inclusive service that costs between $9 and $49 per PC, per month and $149 per server per month. SimplifyIT vIT is uniquely suited for organizations that have little or no budget for proper IT infrastructure (schools, non-profits, smb's), organizations that have IT budgets but do not have IT people on staff (legal, architecture, healthcare, etc) and organizations that have a large number of PC's but only a few internal IT resources who are always stretched thin.
SimplifyIT vIT includes all of the following services as a fixed fee monthly rate:
- Free initial network assessment and network health report prior to signing on
- 24x7 network monitoring, maintenance and security
- 24x7 monitoring of employees network usage, web surfing, emails and data movement
- 24x7 emergency support for server outages
- Business-class web content filtering
- Business-class antivirus and spam protection for all users
- Incremental online data backup each night of all server data
- Unlimited remote help desk Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CST
- Unlimited consulting hours for all additional technology related initiatives/issues
- Quarterly planning meetings with full reporting on network health, stability and scalability
- Between 5 and unlimited hours of on-site support included
- Remote desktop access for all users from their home PC's
